In this video, Sandra talks about her new Sailor Fountain Pen and the Differences between the Sailor Fountain Pen and Lamy Safari Fountain Pen for drawing.
The Sailor fountain pen has a very different nib to the Lamy Safari. Although Sandra still loves her Lamy Safari Fountain Pen she does like the effects you can get with the Sailor Fountain Pen nib. Because the Sailor Fountain Pen nib is at an angle it lets you make a variety of line widths from very thick to very thin which is ideal for drawing and sketching.
Sandra also makes suggestions for the type of ink that she is using that doesn’t clog either of the Fountain Pens. Tara has previously had problems with her Sailor Fountain Pen clogging, but didn’t use the Noodlers Ink that Sandra now recommends.
