It’s day 53 of the Find Your Art Style Experiment. I found an ink background I created a couple of weeks that I wasn’t sure about, but I decided to try using it anyway.
Then I found a reference image that I liked to use as a starting point and then worked in the usual way creating a pencil outline. Then adding colour with Neocolors and smoothing them out with water.
I added a little character around the man’s eye. I thought this guy thought he was super cool, a bit like myself so I drew a character that thought it was cool.
I’m glad I used the background now as I quite like the effect. I will see you tomorrow.
